Predictive Dialers With Message Broadcasting
DSC offers two families of telemarketing phone systems. The PACER phone series supports digital T1 phone lines and the WIZARD phone system supports analog phone lines. These systems are both outbound telemarketing dialers and telemarketing phone systems that handle inbound telemarketing calls for a wide range of contact centers.
Calls are either initiated by the phone system or accepted from the outside and distributed in an intelligent fashion to your service agents.
The PACER and WIZARD include ACD and IVR components, plus call recording capability. Using industry standard components, the PACER phone system has features and functions that can only be found in large scale PBX’s, but at a fraction of the cost. And these phoes have predictive dialing capability that cannot be found in most of larger telemarketing equipment.

Telemarketing Systems
DSC offers an affordable and expandable analog IVR system. This 4 line IVR system includes our IVR Wizard software or comes optionally with our comprehensive IVR software development toolkit. You can program your own system or we can provide you with a custom IVR application. These applications can be easily ported to our digital T1 IVR system (PACER) when your call volume requires a larger system.
DSC provides IVR software including our IVR wizard development tool for creating interactive voice response applications. This wizard guides you through each step when defining your IVR applications. IVR development applications can be designed and implemented quickly. Simply record your phone prompts and fill in the blanks. Telephone surveys can be put together in a logical and simple fashion.

Inbound Telemarketing IVR and ACD Systems
Automatic call distribution systems are the heart of inbound call centers. ACD systems and Interactive Voice Response IVR systems are call routing utilities for incoming calls and can be even used to route calls originated by our predictive dialer to the next available agent.
